Women in Work in partnership with LinkedIn return for a powerful afternoon of conversation, connection and insight at the heart of Davos.
This special afternoon brings together senior business leaders, policymakers, investors and media to explore one clear truth: when we design work around modern families and women’s health, the economic upside is undeniable.
Across a carefully curated programme, we’ll examine gender equality as an economic imperative, moving beyond intent to what actually shifts outcomes. From CEOs who are changing workplace culture at the top, to a spotlight on menopause as a hidden driver of talent loss, and a dedicated session on what the Women in Work GEM data demands of leaders, this is a moment to be honest, evidence-led and ambitious.
The afternoon culminates in a headline fireside conversation with a senior UK Cabinet Minister, hosted by Mariella Frostrup, exploring growth, productivity and competitiveness in a post-Budget global context - and the economic return of advancing women.
Expect a warm welcome, excellent coffee and conversation, and the kind of room where ideas turn into action.
If it’s good for women, it’s good for business - morally right, economically essential..
