    Mark Sproston is an author, speaker and menopause awareness campaigner dedicated to helping men better understand menopause and its impact on relationships, families, workplaces and mental health. Inspired by thousands of conversations during his career as a barber, Mark recognised that many men want to support the women in their lives but often lack the knowledge and confidence to do so. Through his book, speaking engagements and advocacy work, he is helping to challenge misconceptions, encourage open conversations and empower men to become stronger allies throughout the menopause journey.

    Sarah Tegerdine has more than 25 years of experience in human resources within the media and broadcasting sector and has served as Head of People Partnering at Channel 4 since 2020. Her expertise spans both the strategic and operational aspects of HR, with a strong track record of driving change and supporting organisational transformation. Drawing on her background in learning and development, Sarah has implemented internal coaching programmes and played a key role in supporting employee growth and development. In 2023, she became an accredited mediator, further broadening her expertise. Alongside her HR leadership role, Sarah is also Channel 4's Menopause Champion, advocating for women's health and helping to ensure it remains a workplace priority.

    Sally Hulston has specialised in employment law for over 20 years. She works closely with household name brands across a variety of sectors, as well as local businesses based in the North of England. Alongside her advisory work, she often provides bespoke training and contributes to the press on key workforce issues. Sally is also one of the founding members of our In-House Employment Lawyers' Community (IHELC), and sits on the Firm's EIR ExCo, the Wellbeing Committee, the DE&I Gender Group and is our Partner sponsor for the Mindful Business Charter.

She brings a wealth of experience of working in the media into her legal practice, including from her earlier adventures as a professional actress and producer. She has launched companies in the UK and US and served as in-house counsel at a leading global corporate and financial services provider. She now focuses on data protection rights, holding the BCS's Data Protection Practitioner Certificate, CIPP/E and sitting on the Lexis PSL's Expert Panel for Information Law.

With an extensive background in e-health, behaviour change, and multi-component workplace interventions, Dr. Morris’s work explores how organisations can better support employee wellbeing across the working life.

Clare is passionate about supporting women at every stage of life, delivering a broad range of services including contraception and menopause care.
