The Impact Forum made its debut at this year’s Women in Work Summit — and it delivered.

Hosted by the incredible Nishma Patel Robb, founder of Glittersphere and HERA, and a trailblazer redefining what it means to show up with Authentic Intelligence™ in a world obsessed with AI, the Forum brought conversations that were practical, personal, and deeply participatory.

This wasn’t about theory — it was about action. Together, we explored how to fix the broken rung, close the gender divide, and build workplace cultures where five generations of women and men can thrive.
